This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile game wiwiwi (package com.digicraft.wiwiwi, the “Game”), published by digicraft (“we”, “us”), handles information when you use it. It also covers this website.
1. Information we collect
We do not collect any personal information. We do not run servers, databases or user accounts for the Game, and the Game does not send any data to us.
2. Information stored on your device
To save your game, the Game keeps the following on your device, in the app’s private storage:
- Game progress: unlocked levels, stars, coins, Golden Yarn found and simple play statistics (for example, levels completed).
- Settings: music and sound volume, control size and opacity, screen shake, language and your Play Games preference.
This data never leaves your device unless you use Google Play Games cloud saves (see below). It is deleted when you uninstall the Game, clear its storage in Android settings, or use Reset progress in the Game’s settings.
3. Google Play Games Services (optional)
The Game uses Google Play Games Services for sign-in, achievements, leaderboards and, in future updates, cloud saves. You can play the whole Game without signing in. If you do sign in, Google, not us, processes information such as:
- Your Play Games profile (gamer name, avatar and player ID).
- Achievements you unlock and scores you submit to leaderboards.
- Cloud save data, if enabled, stored in your Google account.
Depending on your Play Games profile visibility settings, your gamer name and leaderboard scores may be visible to other players. You can change this in the Google Play Games app. We can only see aggregated achievement and leaderboard statistics in the Google Play Console. We cannot see your email address or contact details.
Google’s use of this data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy and the Google Play Terms of Service.
4. Crash reports and diagnostics
The Game does not include any analytics or crash-reporting SDK. If you have chosen to share usage and diagnostics data with Google on your Android device, Google may provide us with anonymous, aggregated crash and performance reports (Android vitals) through the Google Play Console. These reports do not identify you.
5. What we do not do
- We do not show advertisements or use advertising IDs.
- We do not offer in-app purchases or collect payment information.
- We do not use analytics, tracking or profiling tools.
- We do not access your location, contacts, camera, microphone, photos or files.
- We do not sell, rent or share personal information with anyone.
6. Permissions
The Game only uses network access so that Google Play Games can work. The Game itself works fully offline.
7. This website
This website does not use cookies, analytics or trackers, and has no forms. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and time of request) for security and reliability, under its own privacy policy.
8. Children’s privacy
The Game is suitable for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). If you believe a child has given us personal information, for example by emailing us, contact us and we will delete it.
9. If you contact us
If you email us for support, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message. We use it only to reply to you, and we delete it when it is no longer needed to help you, unless the law requires us to keep it.
10. Your rights
Depending on where you live, for example under the GDPR (EU/UK), the CCPA (California) or the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (India), you may have rights to access, correct or delete your personal data. Because we do not hold personal data about players, most requests are handled directly by you or by Google:
- On-device data: see our Delete Your Data page.
- Google Play Games data: manage it in the Google Play Games app or at myaccount.google.com.
- Anything else, including support emails you sent us: write to roshnikumari212004@gmail.com.
11. Security
On-device data is kept in the Game’s private storage, which other apps cannot read. Data handled by Google Play Games is protected by Google’s security measures.
12. Changes to this policy
If we add features that change how data is handled, for example cloud saves or in-app purchases, we will update this policy and the “Last updated” date above before those features are released. Significant changes will also be noted in the Game’s release notes.
