Is the game free? Are there ads?
Yes, wiwiwi is free. There are no ads and no in-app purchases.
Do I need to sign in or be online?
No. You can play every level offline without signing in. Signing in to Google Play Games is only needed for achievements and leaderboards.
Google Play Games sign-in isn't working.
Make sure the Google Play Games app is installed and updated and that you are connected to the internet. Then open the game’s Settings and tap Sign in. Your progress is saved on your device either way.
Will I lose my progress if I change phones?
Progress is currently saved on your device only, so uninstalling the game or switching phones starts you fresh. Cloud saves through Google Play Games are planned for a future update.
How do I get three stars?
★ Reach the goal · ★★ Collect at least 80% of the coins · ★★★ Find the hidden Golden Yarn.
The game runs slowly or the controls feel too small.
Close other apps and restart the game. In Settings you can change control size and opacity and turn off screen shake. If it still happens, email us with your phone model and Android version.
