These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to the mobile game wiwiwi (the “Game”) and this website, provided by digicraft (“we”, “us”). By downloading or playing the Game you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.
1. License to play
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and play the Game on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. The Game is licensed, not sold.
2. What you may not do
- Copy, modify, decompile, reverse engineer or redistribute the Game or its assets, except where the law expressly allows it.
- Use cheats, exploits, bots or modified versions of the Game to manipulate achievements or leaderboards.
- Use the Game in any way that breaks the law or the Google Play Terms of Service.
3. Ownership
The Game, including its code, characters, artwork, music, sound and text, belongs to digicraft or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. Third-party assets are used under their respective licenses, which are listed in the Game’s credits.
4. Google Play and Google Play Games
The Game is distributed through Google Play, and optional features such as sign-in, achievements, leaderboards and cloud saves are provided by Google Play Games Services. Your use of those services is also governed by the Google Play Terms of Service. We are not responsible for Google’s services. We may remove leaderboard entries that appear to be obtained by cheating.
5. Price and purchases
The Game is currently free and has no ads or in-app purchases. If we add optional purchases in the future, they will be processed by Google Play, and we will update these Terms first.
6. Updates and availability
We may update, change or stop offering the Game, or any part of it, at any time. Some updates may be required to keep playing. Progress saved only on your device can be lost if you uninstall the Game, clear its data, or lose or reset your device.
7. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. In short, we do not collect personal information.
8. Disclaimer
The Game is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not promise that the Game will be error-free or always available.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, digicraft is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or game progress, arising from your use of the Game. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.
10. Termination
Your license ends automatically if you break these Terms. You can stop using the Game at any time by uninstalling it.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This does not take away the protection of mandatory consumer laws in the country where you live.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when they last changed. If you keep playing after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
